All emergency information in the Veracross Parent Portal must be completed by Tuesday, September 7. You should have received an email from Marnie Schattgen if any of your family's information was missing. This link will guide you through the process, but as always, please reach out if any help is needed.
You must have TWO local emergency contacts for every child. We are required to have two local contacts on file. Be sure to include an address and phone number along with the relationship to your child. After you enter the information, you may see that it needs to be approved. This is just to be sure that the formatting matches what Veracross works best with. This update happens quickly, usually within a day.
Be sure to answer all of the questions under the school policies in your family profile. For LS and MS students there are three links that need to all have answers - one is photo and field trip permission, the second is Falcon Club questions, which must be completed even if you do not plan to ever use Falcon Club, and the final question confirms that you have updated your household and medical information. US students have only the photo/field trip and confirmation of household and medical information.
